All Contex Americas purchases come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Items considered to be consumables such as lamps, glass plates, white background plates, filters and calibration sheets are not covered by this warranty. This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation. Warranty items are replaced on an exchange only basis and must include preauthorized RMA. 

We charge a 25% restocking fee when returns are due to customer error. If your return is due to our error, we will not charge any restocking fee. Printed circuit boards are non-returnable if the original sealed factory packaging has been opened. 

Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

Before returning any item to Contex Americas, please send your request to support-usa@contex.com describing the reason for the return. An RMA will be assigned to you. Once you've received your RMA number, pack your item in the original box you received from Contex and then re-pack that in another shipping carton. Write the RMA number on the outside of the carton and then ship to:
